Stratosphere

Living in Las Vegas has some perks!  Every weekend in the month of January locals can go up to the top of the Stratosphere free of charge.  
 It was super fun to show the kids everything from so high.  Usually the tickets just to ride the elevator up are $15 or so.
 Tyson apparently is crazy afraid of heights.  Who knew?  He was not doing so well at first.
 Gotta love group shot attempts.
 We think we could see our neighborhood from this angle.
 The kids loved trying to find the temple.
 We watched 2 people bungee down.  Nuts & expensive, it's like $120!
 Tyson loved looking through the telescope and telling us about people he could see golfing.
 With our ticket to go up the elevator there was a coupon for a pizza & soda for $5.50 each.  The pizza slices were 1/4 of a pizza, so awesome!
Super fun afternoon!!

    What?!! I have never heard of this freebie and now feel the need to go this weekend. That is a crazy amount of savings! Poor Tyson. I don't think of myself as scared of heights but if I even picture myself on those Stratosphere rides or looking over Hoover Dam I start to feel dizzy.
