crazy kids

Grandma and Grandpa were asking for more pictures the other day and since we haven't done too much lately we still have a bunch of pictures around the house. My kids I fear are getting crazier by the day. They are used to me dragging them everywhere but I just have not been up to dragging all three out and about. So here are a few pictures of our new nightly ritual. Getting naked and being nuts, Enjoy :)Please disregard the messy desk, I am in the middle of doing our taxes and have receipts and papers EVERYWHERE!

Taylor loves her sister and wants to hold her and play with her every day.

Hayden's first dress.
(I can't wait til Easter and all the fun Easter dresses to buy the girls!!)
Hayden's favorite pastime during the day, the night is a different story :)
Tyson passed out like this the other day on the living room floor. Jason wanted to put a chalk outline around him and make it a crime scene. I vetoed the idea, it seemed too morbid to me.
Taylor looks like she is playing nice with the dog but she is actually smacking the dog in the face. I couldn't get a picture of the beating. The dog, in Taylor's defense, just sat there and let Taylor hit her repeatedly in the head. So, do I punish the toddler or get the dog's head examined? Maybe both.
Taylor and her crazy face.
Hayden is getting bigger and bigger. She is busting out of newborn clothes and is on to 0-3 month clothes.
Taylor is crazy about hats!
Tyson and his cool look, where did he learn "cool" anyway?
Taylor and her favorite thing to do: EAT!
I guess I had better get these kids out of the house before they go completely nuts. The problem is taking all three out and about makes ME nuts. What is a mother to do?

This and That

We have been pretty home bound since Hayden was born, so I don't have much to report. Just a few pictures from around the house. Life sure has slowed down since Hayden was born. Taylor is loving this baseball helmet lately and cracks us up when she wears it. (backwards, of course)Hayden's belly button still has not fallen off so we didn't give her a real bath, just a little wash off. The kids love her bath tub and try to get in it when she gets out. What a couple of nuts!
Tyson's preschool had a field trip and rode horses, it was a blast.
Taylor has no fear and was right in the middle of the kids seeing the horse.
Tyson was a little scared when he first got on the horse but then he loved it and smiled the whole time around the bullring.
What a cute cowboy!

My cousin Kara came out from Michigan to help when the baby was born. The kids LOVED having her here. For some reason they also are loving getting naked (they do have underwear on) every night and running around like crazies. Here they are attacking Kara and being nuts.
Kara was such a big help and we've decided next time she comes to town we are not letting her go home!
Hayden is getting bigger and bigger. We can't believe she's already two weeks old! The sleeping is still nuts but Hayden is getting better every day at nursing. It was really rough at the beginning but not as bad as Tyson so we are doing good!
My Mom came this last week and we had a lot of fun with her. This next week will be my first real week with all three kids and I am worried reality will set in. THREE KIDS, AHHH!!!

Taylor and Tyson are doing OK with the baby, they love to hold her.
Aren't they great?
I'm hoping to milk this for as long as possible.
Now if only we can teach Taylor to stop trying to poke the baby in the eye. We recently have been teaching Taylor body parts and she loves to poke everyone in the eye and say, "eye". Hayden is not a fan of eye pokes!!

our new baby

We had our baby girl!!!
Hayden Grace
born: February 1st 2010 at 12:59pm
weight: 9lbs 6 oz
height 20 in

We try to do funny pictures before we go in to have the kids so we had to do some more this time. These were our best.

The C-section went really well. No complications and no complaints :)
Me getting stitched up and seeing my baby for the first time!

We were told we couldn't let the kids come to the hospital and were heart broken, but then they told us siblings of the baby could come. They are really worried about the swine flu and don't let other kids come to visit. The kids were so cute with Hayden and SO excited to meet her.
Taylor didn't like all the pictures though and gave Jason some warning :)
Our little family :)
Tyson LOVES feeding Hayden and can't get enough of holding her. He is the greatest big brother!!!

Thanks for all the well wishes and concern for our family. It is so nice to know we are loved! We are so happy to have Hayden here, safe and healthy. She is the best baby and has added so much to our home already :)
