our week

Are your kids as crazy as mine? I remember when trampolines were used for jumping. What a couple of nuts!We finally tried to take some Easter pictures on Sunday. Taylor is the silly one who will not be still so this is the best we got.
Isn't Hayden just a doll? I LOVE this dress and was just gushing over her all day in it :)

The terrible T's.

Tyson had his first t-ball game on Saturday and Taylor was super excited.
We were at the game and taking tons of pictures of Tyson and Taylor when I ask Jason to take a picture of Hayden and this is what I got. He actually even asked me to hold her away from me.
So this of course starts a tirade from me saying things like, "Oh I'm so hideous I can't be in a picture with my daughter, whatever!" So then he takes this picture and I do believe I am swearing at him by now. You just can't mess with a woman who CANNOT shed the baby weight. We are not a happy bunch!
So Jason wisely decided to help Tyson out on third base. I like that the games are pretty laid back and Taylor can help too.
Oh I love my little baller!!
Tyson is getting so good at t-ball, he is a running star now which is Hilarious!! He knows where to run and is hitting great! The outfielding is still slow but I think he spends so much time fighting with his sister all day he doesn't want to go and fight with other kids over a ball. That's my theory anyway :)

Hayden is getting so big! She is very alert and wants to be sitting up so she can see all the action.
Here she is while I'm making dinner. The bumbo is the greatest invention EVER!!!
Tummy time.

We have been doing tons of projects around the house. I have given myself the deadline of Hayden's blessing to complete all my on going projects (which are many). I will finally post pictures of them all then.

the fair

We went to the Clark County fair on Thursday and had a blast. Be warned there are tons of pictures! The first couple are just around the house and then the rest are from the fair. This is Hayden having her tummy time. Not her favorite thing to do :)
We have the weirdest little room in our house under the stairs. Until now it was a kind of catch all for junk. It held the vacuums and tubs of toys. Well we've decided to make it a fun little playroom, we are painting the walls all different colors and then putting magnetic and chalkboard paint on them. I let the kids paint a little but it all ended when Taylor decided to throw a fit while holding the paint brush full of paint!

Last year when we went to the fair we missed the pig races and Tyson was so upset, so this year we went early and caught the last pig race of the day. Did Tyson love it you ask? Ehh, it was "alright" he said. My son is going to sign the papers to the loony bin when they take me away!
My favorite was the horses. Taylor is finally looking at the camera when I call. Isn't she the cutest cow girl?
She has no fear, this girl!
Tyson's highlight was his horse peed everywhere and he thought it was hilarious. BOYS!!!

They had these great balls and they sealed the kids in there and let them go wild. I am seriously trying to figure out how to get something like this in my back yard. He was in heaven, running and falling and diving everywhere.

They had this big lawn section with all these free things for kids to do. It was fun to see the different things you could make music with.
I love to see the kids try to hula hoop, it's too funny how they violently shake their entire body only to have the hoop slip down to the floor :)

There were a ton of carnival rides, Tyson loved these motorcycles...
...Taylor did not.
They stopped the ride so we could get her off.
This is her face when she was safe in Daddy's arms.
The fearless girl once again .
I had to throw in the one and only picture of me and Hayden, yes we were there.
The merry-go-round is always a favorite.
Tyson was in love with these whales and HAD to go on them. What a nut!
We ended the night with the rodeo and watched a few crazies get bucked off of those massive bulls. Their poor mothers is all I kept thinking!
It was a fun fair. The kids had a blast and on the way out we tried chocolate dipped oreos, banana and even a chocolate dipped twinkie. I think any event that ends with chocolate dipped food makes up for any tantrums or melt downs that occurred!
