For Valentines the kids were off of school and we decided to go to Macayos for lunch. We were not up to fighting the crowds for dinner :) Here are the kids modeling their new Valentine shirts.

Jason
Jason works for NV Energy. He works at the Moapa plant and commutes daily to and from Moapa. He served his mission in London England over 10 years ago!
Kellie
I try my best to keep our circus running. I love to be busy and with 4 kids running around I am :)
Tyson
Tyson keeps everyone around here on our toes. He loves to build with legos and is going to try real football this fall season. All he wants to do is tackle, and yes we are worried :) Tyson is a great big brother and is Mommy's big helper.
Taylor
Taylor is so excited to go to kindergarten and learn to read. She is also working hard on her writing and is doing very well. Taylor has just discovered her love for barbies and carries them everywhere. She is a good big sister and helper.
Hayden
Hayden is a funny girl. We are constantly laughing with her around. She is very accident prone and has no fear. Hayden loves everyone and has no problem shouting to you how much.
Ryan
Ryan is our busy girl. She loves to be stealing toys from her brother and sisters. She also has an obsession for the stairs and spends most of her day going up and down them. Ryan is almost walking and loves to clap for herself after any accomplishment.
Darrell
Darrell has lived with us for almost seven years. He loves to be out and doing things. Darrell competes in Special Olympics basketball, golf, and bowling.
Nickel
Nickel is almost 9 years old and was our first "baby". We answered an ad in The Nifty Nickel for pitbull puppies and that's how we got the name Nickel. She is the most spoiled dog you'll ever meet and she scares the heck out of everyone who comes to visit.

ReplyDeleteEric and I go to Macayo's every year on Valentines Day! Mainly because it is not too busy to get into. And because we love it! But this year we were out of town so the tradition has apparently ended. It was always a sad day for me when I had to start buying one of my kids their own meal. I love saving money!
ReplyDeleteWe love Macayo's too. It's one of the few places all the kids will eat something. Ryan is soooo cute! Her hair looks so long and curly. Love it.
