Disneyland: Christmas Edition

We had an epic trip to Disneyland for the Christmas season.  We had Grandma and Grandpa DeMille visiting for Thanksgiving and Tyson's baptism.  We all drove down to California and met Jason's brother Brandon, his wife Darcie and their 4 kids.  It was quite a party, 8 kids ages 8 and under and seven adults.
The decorating department at Disneyland are top notch.  Adorable!
The picture cannot do justice to this amazing tree.  It was ridiculously awesome.
While the big kids went on Indiana Jones, Hayden and Ian explored Tarzan's tree house.  I remember when it was The Swiss Family Robinson's tree house.  I know I'm old school :)
Then we took the crew onto the "Jingle" cruise.
The kids love the Pirates ride.  Hayden tolerates it and claps when it's over.  Poor girl.
We got stuck a few times in the Haunted Mansion so we took a few pics.

Ryan thinks she is such a big girl and wants to jump all over while she's in the ride cars.  Here she is on the Winnie the Pooh ride.
Small world was finally open and the line was so long to get on it but we were gonna make it happen.  We have never seen it all decorated for Christmas.
It was worth the wait!  Poor Ryan still has yet to see it though :)
While we were in line for the submarine ride a worker came up and made Darcie an honorary citizen of Disneyland for taking care of so many kids.  He gave her this awesome pin she is modeling.  It was hilarious.  They all look so much alike I could see how the worker thought they were all hers!
Isn't that the most adorable hat?  The kid wearing it isn't too shabby either.
The parade was packed and we didn't get that great of pictures but the floats were awesome.
The best part of the Christmas decorations have to be Sleeping Beauty's castle.  Isn't that beautiful?!
The worst part of the night was being exhausted and fighting with crazies to get a seat for the firework show only to be told they cancelled the show due to "wind".  I call it imaginary wind.  There were some words said by me about where Disney could stick their unused fireworks :)
Crazy first day.
