Yeah for #4
We are super excited to welcome baby #4 in May 2012. The kids are really hoping for a boy but we will be glad for a girl as well. Well...probably not Tyson, I asked him what he would do if the baby was a girl and he said, quote unquote, "I'd freak my brains out!" (Can't you just feel the love he has for his sisters?) Taylor is just so happy to be able to hold a baby soon, she can't stand it. Hayden fights her all the time when she tries to hold her like a baby :) Hayden is crazy about babies and I hope she will be a gentle big sister, she is the bruiser of the nursery and the terrorizer of our long suffering dog. Fingers crossed! We are officially due May 25th, Oh I love summer babies. Wish us luck!!!!

Halloween so far
So, we have not crawled in a hole somewhere and died, I just hate my computer and was on strike from blogging, it takes FOREVER to get pictures uploaded to blogger. This post today has taken over two hours to get the pictures up. Keep your fingers crossed for me, I am still in negotiations with Jason about my new computer :) Here are some of our Halloween activities so far. We went to Gilcrease Orchards with Taylor's joy school class. It was really fun but hot so it was a quick visit.
Hayden loved running all over the place and eating dirt. (I worry so much about this one!)This is the first year I made the kids clean out their own pumpkins. I wish I could blog the 1/2 hour of complaining that went on, but who really wants to hear that? I couldn't take it after that and finished it all by myself. One day, one day... I will not have to gut pumpkins :)
Tyson's school had a trunk or treat which was really fun. The kids loved getting in their costumes and seeing all the decorated trunks. This year Tyson is Jack Sparrow and Taylor is Ariel. They both saw these costumes at Costco one day and begged and begged to have them. Tyson now hates his costume and I have to force him to wear it. He is already planning what he will be next year and I think he may burn this costume if he gets a chance.
Hayden is a gnome. I bought this costume years ago after Halloween and thought maybe Taylor would like to dress up in it. I put it on Hayden and we were in love with it. She is hilarious, and we keep calling her gnomeo.
Hayden is a candy fiend and will eat anything from anywhere she finds it. In this picture she has just stolen this sucker, can you believe that face?
My failed attempt to get a decent picture of all three in their Halloween costumes. One day I will have a picture where all three are looking half decent and at the camera, right? (This was the best of 4!)
I hope everyone is having a fun Halloween season. If I have 2 hours to kill I will upload our ward's trunk or treat and Halloween night pictures. Maybe...

Swim Lessons
I am having the worst time with blogger and loading pictures to our blog. These are out of order but at least they have downloaded :) Tyson and Taylor took a set of swimming lessons at the new YMCA by our house. The kids did really well and learned a ton!
Taylor was not a fan of floating but now floats like a champ.I thought having two girls that they would look alike but I don't think they look a like at all. I still insist on dressing them as twins whenever possible :)
Hayden has discovered the wonderfulness that is TV. She will stop anything she is doing if there is a fun cartoon on. She especially loves when they sing, she does the cutest little dance and then laughs and laughs at herself. Such a nut!Taylor still uses floaties when swimming for fun but she is getting better and better each time we go swimming.
Yeah for swim lessons :)

Dentist trip and Pioneer Day
The kids had their 6 month appointment at the dentist. Have I told you how much we love going to the dentist? The kids love it, they get to watch a movie on the ceiling and then get prizes when they are done! We go to Pediatric Dental on Simmons and Centennial if anyone needs a great kids dentist :)
This was Hayden's first official check up. She layed down on the table just fine but opening up for the dentist was a different story. We went to the sweltering 24th of July celebration at the ball park again this year. I try to support everything church related so we go to the Friday and Saturday activities.
This girl ate everyone's watermelon and was still asking for more.
Tyson and Owen potato sack racing.
Taylor of course is never far behind the boys :)
On Saturday Tyson HAD to do this the first minute we get there. He was so excited to finally fight his Dad.
Jason was a good sport and got down to his level for the beating.
The kids loved doing this climb wall together, what a couple of nuts!
It was a really fun 24th. I just wish the pioneer's could have come west in September or a cooler month :)

Taylor's 3rd Birthday
Taylor had her birthday party this Saturday, it was super fun! I can't believe my little girl is already 3 years old!!
We invited a bunch of little girls and one boy to keep Tyson company. Tyson decided that since the girls were dressing up he had to too. When the girls came to the party we had them first make a princess crown and a princess wand. Then we had them put on their princess jewelery. (I had boy crafts for Tyson and his friend Owen, they made cars and monsters)Here are Klara Jane and Natalie showing off their princess things.
Zoey, Taylor and Brinley
After the girls were set with their princess gear we had lunch.
After lunch we had a fun pinata with pull strings.
Mya pulled the trigger sting and then candy was everywhere :)
After the pinata we had a princess walk (basically a cake walk but instead of cake the kids got to pick prizes) It was pretty funny because I don't think kids this age even know how to read numbers, so when I would pull out the winning number all I would get were blank stares :)
On to opening presents! This is the only smile Taylor made while opening presents. She was totally serious about getting those things open.
Taylor blowing out her candles!
Can I tell you how awesome it was having all girls? They sat and ate when I told them to eat, they did their crafts, they played the games, my house wasn't trashed and no one hurt each other. I may never have another party for Tyson again! Girls are awesome!!!
I think she had a good time, she loved dressing as a princess and having all her little friends here.
At 3 Taylor
Loves the color pink, she would wear it all day everyday if she could.
Is a very girly girl. She has to be carrying a purse, sunglasses, chapstick and baby doll at all times.
Loves Micky Mouse and anything princess.
Has amazing temper tantrums and is quite a drama queen.
Is still obsessed with hair, she loves sucking her thumb and having her hands in someone's hair.
Got the worst of both parents, asthma from Dad and excema from Mom (sorry Taylor) :(
Is obsessed with shoes, if you come to our house and take off your shoes she will sneak over and try them on before you go.
Loves her big brother and wants to do everything he does. Tyson going to school without her is just going to break her heart!
Will only wear a pony tail in her hair everyday. If you ever see her with pig tails or a braid just know a huge fight ensued and I finally won.
Is a funny funny girl who makes us smile everyday. We are so glad she is a part of our family! We love you Taylor!

Ear Piercing
We have been having tons of storms around Vegas. I guess the monsoon season started a bit early this year. The kids are loving it.
Taylor is officially three years old today!!!
She has been asking for real earrings so we went to the mall with some friends and got them done. Here she is picking her first pair. She picked a small pink flower. Of course they are pink, this girl is crazy about the color pink!
Tyson and his good friend Owen, tolerating the girly store Clare's.
Taylor all smiles in the chair...
... looking a little apprehensive after the marker is put on...
...not too bad right?
There was only one person working so she couldn't do both ears at the same time so the second was a little harder but Taylor did really good.
This girl has a flare for the dramatic.
Isn't that the greatest face? If looks could kill...
She got a sucker for her trouble :)
Taylor has been asking to, "get these things out of my ears" ever since. I know she'll appreciate them when she's older. Happy Birthday Taylor!!

4th of July
Our 4th of July holiday started with a trip to a new park across town. Tyson loved this toy and was on it most of the time we were there.
Hayden loved the water......and got a huge surprise!
She was totally drenched and was stealing other people's toys left and right.
On the 4th we went to a friend's pool and had a BBQ.
My child loves these floaties but we can't find their matches, so this is how he wears them.
We went and watched fireworks and then the next night did our own in the front of our house. Tyson and Taylor decided they needed to dress up for the occasion.
Who knew I was raising a pyro!
Tyson was not a fan of the whistlers.
Tyson also decided Hayden and I needed a picture to prove we were there :)
We hope everyone had a fun 4th of July!!!!
